Our Return Policy

If you purchased an item online from padraigcottage.com, you may return your unused item for a full refund (not including shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date. You can expect your refund to be applied to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

If you purchased your item from our studio location or an Authorized Padraig Cottage Dealer, please return it to place of purchase. Please note, Authorized Padraig Cottage Dealers may have different return and exchange policies.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless an error has occurred when filling the order.

If you would like to replace your item(s) for another size, style or colour, please place a new order and follow the instructions below for your return.

Gifts - If you received your item as a gift, please contact the gift giver as we can only issue a refund to their credit card. In the case of an exchange, the gift giver will need to place a new order on your behalf.

Step 1 - Prepare your Return

  • Download, print and fill out our return form.
  • Please make sure to include your order number and reason for return.
  • Please wrap your item in tissue paper and use the same or similar box your item arrived in.
  • Please do not use a padded envelope.

  • We recommend you have a tracking number, as Padraig Cottage cannot replace packages lost during shipment.
  • Canada If you are shipping from Canada, please ship the package with Canada Post.
  • United States If you are shipping from the United States, please ship the package with United States Postal Service. We please note, we cannot accept any other shipping method from the United States.
  • International International customers, please contact us for shipping instructions.

Shipping & Delivery FAQ

The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you would like to return your order, please visit our Returns and Refunds page.

We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been fulfilled and payment has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then visit our Returns and Refunds page.

Items cannot be added to an existing order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and sent a confirmation number. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online.

Padraig online purchases can be shipped to destinations within Canada and the United States

Yes. We ship to post office boxes.

Yes. Select local pickup at checkout and you can collect your order between 9am-4pm Monday through Friday free of charge.

We can ship your order to a military base address but we may have to use a different carrier which can increase the delivery time of your order beyond our standard shipping timeline. Additionally, shipping to a military address may reduce visibility when tracking your package.

All applicable taxes will be applied based on the country or region that your order is being shipped to.

We do not ship to multiple addresses. Each individual order can only ship to a single address.

If you wish to send several items to different addresses, then a new order must be completed for each individual destination.

You are able to enter a different shipping and billing address, however, for credit card verification purposes your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your statement.

The packaging method will be determined by the product and number of products on your order. We take great care when packaging our products to ensure that all items arrive undamaged to their shipping destinations.

All packages are insured up to $100 through the shipping company used.

Yes. We will ship to freight forwarding companies.

Sometimes, the fastest way to get your order to you is to ship some items separately. We try to minimize this whenever possible, but if we do need to split your order, you will never have to pay for additional shipping. We will also provide multiple tracking numbers so you can see the shipments on their way to you.
